Payment and Shipping Information
Our shopping cart will be up and running soon. Until then, e-mail us your order (including shipping address), and we will send an invoice. Please read our Payment/Shipping information below for further details. Note, all first-time orders receive $2 off shipping!

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via PayPal; any major credit card through PayPal's shopping cart--no PayPal account required; or by check or money order (for U.S. orders only).

For U.S. PayPal and credit card orders, use the shopping cart and follow the on-screen instructions for making payment.

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please email your order to cardkeepers@gmail.com. We will send you a total via email, and you can mail payment to Cardkeepers, P.O. Box 1634, Benicia, CA 94510. Be sure to include a copy of the email, along with your shipping address, typed or printed clearly. NOTE: Checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed any bank fees we are charged, in addition to the face value of the check.


SALES TAX
Orders shipped within California will be assessed 7.375% sales tax.


SHIPPING
Our shipping charge is a flat $5 for all orders sent to U.S. addresses. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation if it will fit in a flat rate envelope. If not, we will determine the best shipping method for your order and will notify you as to the carrier and anticipated arrival date.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay in product availability, etc. Occasionally we go out of town or otherwise need to close down operations for a few days, in which case there will be a notice posted on the home page of the Cardkeepers web site.

Special Shipping Offer for First-Time Customers
to Try the Card Keeper Kit!

We really want to encourage you to try our Card Keeper kits, so we're offering a savings of $2 on standard shipping for all first-time orders. Pay only $3 for shipping, no matter how much you order!

Orders for one kit using the shipping discount will be sent via USPS First Class mail. Orders for more than one kit will be sent via Priority Mail or the most appropriate method for the size of the order.

To receive your shipping discount, enter the coupon code "newbie" (no quotation marks) during checkout. The $2 discount will not appear when you check out but we will deduct it before processing your order. Limited time offer, not good with any other offers. Please, only one newbie discount per customer or household. This offer applies to all first-time customers of Cardkeepers, even if you are a past customer of Caputo's Kits.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipping, please e-mail cardkeepers@gmail.com with your order, and we will let you know what the shipping options are for your country and the package weight and size. Once you notify us how you would like your order shipped, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the total. Please note that international orders must be paid electronically.


RETURNS
We want you to be happy with everything you order from Cardkeepers. If there is a problem with your order, let us know and we will make it right if possible. If not, or if you have changed your mind for any other reason, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with any returned items, so we will know whom to credit. PayPal and credit card payments will be refunded electronically; check and money order payments will be refunded by check.


WHOLESALE ORDERS
We are happy to work with storefronts, teachers, etc., who wish to sell Card Keeper kits and components at retail. e-mail cardkeepers@gmail.com for wholesale pricing.
